“RECOMMENDATION FOR DISASTER READINESS”

In watching the news from California over the last few days and listening to all the residents who have suffered devastating losses we are thinking it might be a GREAT RISK MANAGEMENT IDEA for each of our clients to scan a disk of all of your very important documents, including photos of loved ones, to protect against irretrievable (and identity theft) loss should a disaster ever hit our area.

Documents that should be scanned:

Birth certificates

Bonds

Contracts

Deeds to all owned real estate / commercial or personal

Insurance policies (all types of property and casualty and commercial lines)

Licenses, Drivers or any other type you might hold, state or countywide

Life insurance policies
